2007 Southeast IAATA Award Presentation

On June 18, 2007, at the Southeast IAATI Conference in Virginia Beach, VA., awards were presented to detectives who distinguished themselves through their hard work and dedication.

2007 Southeast IAATI Award of Merit

Detective John Boyd and Detective Dale Fields of the Baltimore City Police Department were presented with the 2007 Southeast IAATI Award of Merit. Both detectives are assigned to the Baltimore Regional Auto Theft Team.

Detectives Boyd and Fields have been partners since June 2003. They have both distinguished themselves as outstanding investigators since being assigned to the Baltimore Regional Auto Theft Team. Detectives Boyd and Fields became one of our best and most energetic teams in the Regional Auto Theft Team.

Detectives Fields and Boyd conduct their duties in an exemplary fashion. They come to work everyday with an eager attitude and a willingness to jump into their job with enthusiasm and vigor. They are both role models for other detectives within the Baltimore Regional Auto Theft Team. They are both intelligent and able to handle complex and sensitive investigations. Their enthusiasm is electric and contagious.

2007 Southeast IAATI President's Award

Detective Ronnie Dean and Dectective Charlie Banks were presented with the 2007 Southeast IAATI President's Award.

Detectives Fields, Boyd, Dean, and Banks are an example of what can be achieved through hard work and perseverance by the members of the International Association of Auto Theft Investigators. They are all living examples of the professionalism and dedication that we seek in our membership.
